What you think if some customer who break their promise?

I have LinkedIn account, always publish some products post, the new smartphone and iPad case and other goods package from customers.

One day, one man who added my whatsapp, talked with me that he interested our products and want to make a trial order. that's good, we welcome him to visit us, he agreed and confirm the date. it is a good starting,right?

We prepared the sample which he want and told him, but they man Not appeared when the day come, he explained will come in another day due to have some affairs when i called him.

It is ok, we can understand that. but can you guess the result? the man disappeared since that day, No news and No reply.

Frankly, it is a bad feeling when you expecting something to come but not.

I just want to say"hi, man, can you give us a message if you cannot come?" this is the basic etiquette in our life, especial in the business field.

What do you think if some guy breat their promise?  angry or Nothing?
